Mortgage Banker

This is a full time commission based position originating residential mortgages. Experienced Loan officers are paid 100% of the proceeds from the loans they originate. Inexperienced Loan officers get paid Training plus commissions. Assistant Loan Officer

The difference between the average mortgage broker and a mortgage banking superstar is training. We at Berkshire Capital believe in preparing our new associates for success. The assistant LO position was created for those showing the potential and drive to succeed as a mortgage banker but lack the training, contacts and on the job experience to succeed in originating loans right away. As an assistant LO you will be formally trained in all aspects of mortgage origination and business development the right way from the beginning, by working under and learning from one of our exceptional Senior Mortgage Bankers. Mortgage Processor

Berkshire Capital processors enjoy the advantage of earning extra income through our profit sharing program, which is based on production. Successful processors possess strong organizational and communication skills. Conventional, FHA and VA loan processing experience is preferred.
